Is it where you are living now, or somewhere else?<\/b> I live in the Bay Area (CA) right now &#8212; I kind of just settled here after finishing college at UC Berkeley. But what I call &#8220;home home&#8221; is where my dad lives in sunny Southern California.<\/p>\n<p><b>What makes it home for you? People? Things?<\/b> A little bit of both. Going back to Southern CA is great cause it really *feels* like home when I&#8217;m with my family. At the same time, though, I get really sentimental looking at trinkets and things that remind me of home or a specific time in my life.<\/p>\n<p><b>Where is the furthest you&#8217;ve been from home?<\/b> 6979 miles &#8212; that&#8217;s the distance from here to the Philippines. Ive also been to Europe and other parts of Asia, but I *think* the Philippines is the farthest. <i>::shrugs::<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>What are your plans for this weekend?<\/b> Nothing! I&#8217;m just going to enjoy the fact that I am no longer going to have a 6-day work week now that I&#8217;ve quit my part-time job at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.abercrombie.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Abercrombie and Fitch.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Another Friday, another Friday Five&#8230; What makes you homesick?
