Well, what do you know?! My guestbook<\/a> dies. I don’t want to bother with it so I leave it alone. And weeks later, it magically works again. Very cool. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Is it just me or is anyone else not feeling anything for the current American Idol<\/i> contestants?<\/p>\n

Last season, I was all about Kelly — she captured me the week when she sang “Natural Woman” (I think it was the 2nd or 3rd week of the top ten part of the show) and ever since then, I’ve loved her. I got all fangirly obsessed by downloading her old demo singles and videos of her performances. But this season, there has been no one that I adore like that. Sure, I like Clay, Ruben, and Kim Locke — but none of them capture me so much that I seek out more information on them, you know? Anyway…<\/p>\n

Yay for Buffy<\/i>! And Smallville<\/i>! And Gilmore Girls<\/i>!<\/p>\n

Though I have to say that I was kinda half-watching SMVL — and of course, what happens? I miss the Clark ass shot! But I think I saw enough of it in the promos, lol. Well, there’s always the rerun on Sunday. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

And let’s see… I’m going to attempt to use the extended entry feature here so I can talk about Buffy<\/i> and Dawson’s Creek<\/i> without giving anything away to the spoiler-free… be warned though, there are some DC finale spoilers…<\/p>\n


\n“Empty Places” left me feeling so sad for Buffy. I still can’t believe they kicked her out of her house! By the Potentials! Gah. I kept wanting to reach into my TV and slap Kennedy. She has such a bad attitude. What do the Potentials know anyway? They haven’t been fighting nearly as long as Buffy. That whole storyline just irked me.<\/p>\n

This little exchange between Spike and Andrew while they were riding a morocycle together is quite possible my favorite conversation EVER:
\nAndrew: “I bet even covert operatives eat curly fries. They’re really good.”
\nSpike: “Not as good as those onion blossom things.”
\nAndrew: “Ooh, I love those!”
\nSpike: “Yeah, me too.”
\nAndrew: “It’s an onion, and it’s a flower… I don’t understand how such a thing is possible!”
\nSpike: “Well see, the genius of it is you soak it in icewater for an hour so it holds its shape. Then you deep-fry it, root side up for about five minutes.”
\nAndrew: “Masterful.”
\nSpike: “Yeah. Tell anyone we had this conversation, I’ll bite you.”

As for Dawson’s Creek<\/i>, every single time I see the promo for the last 3 episodes, I want to cry! I still can’t believe they’re killing off Jen. *sniff* <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
