Ugh, I hate disappointing people. Yesterday I was scheduled to work an event for a radio station where I do occasional work — well, I told them that was okay and they said they would send me all the relevant information via FedEx (this was 2 weeks ago). By Friday night, I still hadn’t received anything, which is their customary way of saying that the event was cancelled. So I stay up late and all that good stuff and Saturday morning, I am greeted to a message on my answering machine telling me that I was supposed to be at the event already and where am I. I felt so bad. But I seriously didn’t receive any information — through email, voicemail messages, or letter. I love working for the station but they really need to communicate with their employees much better, especially since I only work on random weekends.<\/p>\n
Anyway, I went to see Britney Spears<\/a> on Saturday night! She is such a great performer — I loved all her choreography — it really makes me miss all the dancing I used to do. Oh! There were 3 dads and their daughters (ranging from 8-14) sitting a few rows in front of us. The dads were drinking beer and dancing the entire time. Their poor daughters looked so embarassed. lol.
