We met cause our dads work for the same company &#8212; and still do. For like 25+ years, I think. Then we went to elementary school together. Yup, first through eighth grade. He knew me back when I wore huge eyeglasses and had braces. Oh, the horror. Anyway, it was really cool to see him and catch up (we both left sunny southern CA after high school&#8211; he went to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nyu.edu\" target=\"_blank&quot;\" rel=\"noopener\">NYU<\/a> and I went to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.berkeley.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CAL<\/a>) &#8212; we had a great time laughing at the memories of our younger selves.
