So today was a total disaster — all of us promotions crew members for the radio station where I work were getting ready for the events taking place after the actual Bay to Breakers race (food vendors, interactive games, and the big concert featuring Smashmouth) when all of a sudden, it starts to rain. And it isn’t just sprinkling, it’s pouring. So all our stuff is getting soaking wet — the money tank, the spin wheels, the T-shirt giveaways and all our prizes. The event organizers decide to cancel everything — so out in the cold rain, we have to pack everything up and load it back into the van again, which totally sucks because usually at events like these so many people come to our booths and take stuff that we never have to bring anything back to the station. Grr. What a crappy morning.

But I just got home from watching Attack of the Clones again so I guess I’m a happy camper now. 😀
