Been a bit of a rough week for me (I’m sick again, work is evil, life sucks, yada yada yada) so I’m psyched for this weekend. It’ll be nice to finally take a deep breath and relax.

LOL. So the Christmas tree has finally left the apartment. 😀 Yeah I know… I totally procrastinated in getting that thing down. Hee.
I have just fallen in love with the iPod Mini. *sigh* Too bad I already have an iPod that I just bought about 6 months ago. It’s just TOO cute though — it’s so small and it comes in COLORS. I want the silver… or the pink… or the baby blue. They’re all so yummy. But *MY* iPod has 11 more GB. Humph. So there.
The O.C. was fun tonight. I think I have officially fallen in love with Luke. He was so cute — playing the guitar, singing, playing videogames, talking so loud. Hee. So adorable… just like the whole Seth/Anna/Summer thing. Hee. I normally don’t like love triangles (see: Dawson’s Creek) but this one is kinda fun. And I just love how Summer sat right between Seth and Anna at the Cohens’ house. She still loves Seth! As for the Marissa/Ryan relationship — I’m not really feeling it anymore. It seems like their story is being bogged down with all the Oliver stuff. Yawn.

I’ve been back home for the past few days trying to get over my jet lag. Blah. I’m still not completely over it and unfortunately, tomorrow is my first day back to work. *groans* Back to the daily grind.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to wish you all a happy holidays before I head off on my little vacation. I’m at my dad’s house in Southern California right now and I’m about to head off to the airport for my holiday trip to the Philippines and Thailand. I’ve been quite rushed these past few days with work so I apologize for not sending out holiday fansigns and such. I hope you all know how much I love all of you! 😀

Did anyone watch Trista and Ryan’s Wedding on ABC?!? OMG. I can’t believe the wedding cost $4 million dollars! Holy crap. And it was ALL PINK. EVERYTHING. I like pink and all but geesh, she went overboard.
Anyway, I still can’t believe how close it is to Christmas! I still have so much Christmas shopping to do! *sigh* And I have to do my cards. I only have another week and a half to get all this done before I go on my mini-vacation. I don’t think I mentioned it here but my family and I are going to the Philippines and Thailand to spend the holidays with my grandma. I’m pretty excited — it’ll be nice to get away from work. 😀

Just 1. I work with a small team of people so we’re going to have a Champagne Brunch at The Palace Hotel this coming Sunday.

I’ve started but I’m definitely not finished yet. I think I’ve only gotten through a third of my list. Oy. I really wanted to avoid all the crowds that are sure to be at the mall in the next week or so. Guess not.
Who is your favorite person to shop for?
All the people on my list are difficult and time-consuming! hehe.
Have you decorated your house yet? (inside or outside)
I live in an apartment so we don’t do exterior decorations. Inside the apartment, the Christmas tree dominates the living room so that’s pretty much the scope of the interior decorations.
When did/do you put up your Christmas tree?
We put it up last Saturday. So much fun. I love trimming the tree.

The rain finally let up a little bit today so we were able to get our Christmas tree! 😀 It’s all pretty and decorated now. I love looking at it. So soothing. I love Christmas. I really need to get a holiday layout going here… I’m just so lazy. Plus my laptop is being crappy right now. It seems that some kind of evil adware/spyware crap has hijacked Internet Explorer and I don’t know how to fix it. ^%$#@!* Grrr.
A few days ago I received a DVD from Netflix and open it to find From Justin to Kelly: A Tale of Two American Idols. OMG. I *completely* forgot this movie was on our Netflix queue. Hee. So I decide to watch it…
WOW. The movie (can it actually be called that? This was an atrocity.) is SO. BAD. The main Justin/Kelly storyline made me roll my eyes numerous times. It’s just *so* silly. And I normally enjoy over-the-top cheesy movies. Don’t even get me started on all the “extra” storylines (like the geeky guy and his internet date and Kelly’s best friend going out with the local). Ack. There simply are no words. I have no clue why Justin, Kelly or their management thought this movie was a good idea. I mean, I seriously think it was a waste of their time. I’m sure they must have spent at least a couple of months shooting, right? Months that they could have spent on their actual musical careers.
Ugh. I am currently trying to download some of Clay Aiken’s CD (What?!? :P) and all the songs have been DUDS. Sometimes I hate Kazaa. Now is one of those times.
I can’t believe I have to go back to work tomorrow. Guh.
Sooo I had a pretty rocking 4-day weekend. Rob and I had a great time in Vegas. We ate tons of food, he gambled (and even won a little!), and I shopped. 😀 Good times. Got home yesterday afternoon with a raging fever and a stuffy nose. Sucks. It seems like I’m always sick nowadays. Boo.
HEE! I’m currently watching VH1’S Big in 03 and they just had the award for Big Shocking Moment — and it was Ruben winning the American Idol crown over Clay. But the best part was that the presenters then announed that they were bringing out the person that should have won and it was Frenchie! Bwah. Also loved that The O.C. won the award for Biggest Guiltiest Pleasure. So cute to see the whole cast. But I missed Matchbox 20. *sniff* I have to catch a rerun.

What was the last thing you purchased? Some tarts from the Yankee Candle Company. Love these things. They make my apartment smell yummy.
Do you prefer shopping online or at an actual store? Why? Shopping at an actual store. Especially for clothes. I have a really weird figure so it’s difficult for me to buy stuff online because I don’t get to try the stuff on.
Did you get an allowance as a child? How much was it? Does lunch money count? If not, then no allowance for me. But I’m an only child so if I asked, I usually got what I wanted. Within reason, of course. 😀
What was the last thing you regret purchasing? A Hard Candy nail polish set from Sephora. Their nail polish was awful — very thin and chipped quickly.
[EDIT] What is wrong with the time on this entry? Grr. I can’t seem to fix GM to be the right time… BOO.
